•Proactively resolve consumer concerns consistent with company policy and customer satisfaction; partner with store manager on elevated issues.
•Train new hires and current employees on LS&Co culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy, and programs.
•Partner with store management to set expectations, coach an environment that encourages engagement and retention, and deliver formal performance feedback.
•Oversee cash handling and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment) and supervise the store team in the absence of other managers; follow store procedures and policies.
