  • •Maintain HSBC recruitment standards by coordinating end-to-end hiring activities and managing recruitment agency support.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate, preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a business-related discipline.
  • •Broad generalist human resources experience, ideally in finance or banking.
  • •Good interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills to interface with managers and colleagues at all levels across businesses and the region.
  • •Broad knowledge of HR practices and policies, with understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in financial services in Macau being an advantage.
  • •Challenge thought processes and encourage empathy to help leaders understand the behaviors of others.
