Analyst, IT Data Center Operations - Weekend Nights - Durham

Support Dell’s IT data center operations to improve reliability and uptime. This role proactively identifies risks, performs infrastructure improvements, and helps drive incident-prevention efforts while increasing operational efficiency through process optimization and automation. You’ll rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage, and network equipment; run hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements; and troubleshoot hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues, maintaining accurate asset and documentation records.
