Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently own audit tasks including documenting processes, developing workpapers, and executing audit tests per internal policies and procedures.
  • •Assist managers in executing assigned audit tasks throughout the audit lifecycle, maintaining audit proficiency through ongoing professional development.
  • •Support Audit Planning by reviewing prior audit results and business monitoring materials; participate in walkthroughs by asking thoughtful questions.
  • •Execute process/governance/oversight testing, document results to evaluate control design and effectiveness, and draft workpapers using automated tools.
  • •Identify and escalate issues, draft audit issue documentation, validate Management Action Plans, and communicate task status and findings to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of audit experience with prior experience working in Financial Crime and understanding emerging regulations and their impact on control practices.
  • •Prior experience working at a Big Four or G-SIB.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver quality deliverables.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • •Ability to break down problems and solve using data analysis, process/risk/control knowledge, and professional auditing practices across the audit lifecycle.
