Job Summary

Bridge business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams for an insurance-sector project within the Agile Transformation Office. Gather and refine business/technical requirements into user stories, process flows, specifications, and acceptance criteria, then support delivery and testing (API, integration, UAT). Drive product backlog prioritization, monitor risks and dependencies, and perform data analysis and mappings to enable secure integrations across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as an intermediary between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to communicate needs, priorities, and delivery objectives.
•Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, translating them into user stories, process flows, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
•Support implementation by working closely with developers and maintaining the product backlog aligned to project goals and timelines.
•Perform data analysis, data mappings, and support integration/data exchange design between enterprise applications.
•Support testing and release readiness (data validation, API testing, end-to-end integration testing, UAT, and defect analysis) while monitoring risks and dependencies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Informatics or a similar field, or equivalent working experience.
•5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or a BA/PM hybrid role.
•Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
•Experience writing and managing user stories, epics, process flows, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
•Strong SQL and data analysis skills, including validating requirements and data transformations.
