Job Summary

Design and develop workflow automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on App Engine capabilities and AI-enabled use cases. You’ll build reusable low-code components using Flow Designer, configure ServiceNow applications, and implement integrations via REST/SOAP, webhooks, and Integration Hub. Partner with business analysts in an operations squad, ensure compliance and security, and troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and platform issues.
