Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, configure, upgrade, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across on-prem and cloud environments.
  • •Design and implement automated workflows for provisioning, scaling, and monitoring using infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.
  • •Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions including Prometheus, Grafana, and the EFK stack.
  • •Apply Kubernetes security and compliance best practices, including RBAC, secrets management with SOPS-encrypted secrets, and vulnerability scanning.
  • •Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to optimize Kubernetes for CI/CD pipelines and improve performance, high availability, and disaster recovery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of software development and/or *nix administration experience, with 3+ years managing Kubernetes clusters in production.
  • •Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash).
  • •Hands-on on-prem and cloud OS administration experience including Talos, Ubuntu, and Debian.
  • •Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
  • •Practical Kubernetes/container orchestration experience including Docker, Helm, and/or Kustomize, plus CI/CD pipeline knowledge (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
