Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and supporting day-to-day branch impact.
  • •Accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients to a banker when appropriate.
  • •Provide tailored financial wellness recommendations and educate clients on products, digital access channels, and financial concepts.
  • •Maintain compliance with audit, security, cash handling procedures, including balancing a cash drawer within guidelines.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing new and existing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience handling cash transactions.
  • •General understanding of PC use with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
