Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist other technicians and mechanics with repair and maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems using drawings and diagnostic tools.
  • •Independently or with minimal guidance, perform audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on automated material handling system components.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs according to safety and quality procedures while providing resolutions to mechanical and technical/controls issues.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair key components supporting fulfillment-center operations, including conveyor and sortation systems.
  • •Complete work orders and required maintenance documentation, support tool inventory, and perform general facility maintenance as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of related experience in mechanical troubleshooting, technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and/or installation.
  • •Strong mechanical troubleshooting and ability to analyze and resolve mechanical and technical issues.
  • •Experience with 3-phase systems up to 480VAC, including repair, installation, and maintenance.
  • •Proficiency with low voltage controls and PLC, plus solid electrical/controls troubleshooting skills.
  • •Ability to read technical drawings and follow safety procedures (including lock-out/tag-out), with the physical capability for bending, lifting, standing, and working at heights.
