Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the programme vision, scope, roadmap, and Agile delivery cadence for the strategic model risk platform.
  • •Deliver migration from existing systems to the new platform, including mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, sign-offs, and data quality remediation.
  • •Establish governance forums (e.g., Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning) and manage dependencies, risks, and delivery impediments across value streams.
  • •Shape and manage the design backlog with Product Owners, coordinating product and technology teams from design through implementation.
  • •Plan and execute global rollout and decommissioning, embedding policy/control expectations and ensuring operational readiness, performance, scalability, availability, and recoverability.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial experience as an Agile Delivery Lead managing rollout and implementation of a new global system.
  • •Professional Scrum Master certification (or equivalent demonstrable experience running Scrum at scale).
  • •Experience delivering a platform end-to-end from design through implementation, including operating model readiness.
  • •Experience coordinating delivery across value streams and sub-value streams in a value stream model.
  • •Hands-on use of Confluence and JIRA to plan, track, and govern delivery.
