Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing business development activities for land, residential retail and mixed-use assets as directed by the line manager.
  • •Develop feasibility studies for residential, retail and mixed-use assets and seek approval from line manager.
  • •Develop feasibility study on owned land, including land allocation, phasing, pricing input, unit cost, and infrastructure costing.
  • •Review and report on master plans, land bank, and development schedules with delivery and controls.
  • •Provide constant progress updates and monthly written reports on construction progress and budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years of development management experience in managing the development of large residential and retail real estate assets (AED 500 million+).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in real estate, land economics, property valuation, architecture, or engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of valuation, appraisals, and financial modeling of residential and commercial development.
  • •Strong knowledge of the GCC real estate market and experience with large master developers.
  • •Solid understanding of architectural design and construction; experience with contract procurement policies and procedures in GCC real estate development.
