Job Summary

Lead a team responsible for delivering a portfolio of IT capital and expense projects that support business partners and align to technology roadmaps. Oversee scoping, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, scope execution, vendor management, and risk management to keep projects on time and on budget. Build relationships across IT and the business, manage and develop project teams, and communicate performance status and metrics to staff and leadership.

•Use project management practices for scoping, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and execution aligned with the Project Life Cycle.
•Develop, monitor, and control capital and expense budgets, including departmental expenditures and contractor expenses.
•Build relationships across IT and with business partners to complete projects through each stage.
•Recruit, train, and develop team members; establish goals and provide direction and performance feedback.
•Communicate project performance status and metrics to staff, customers, and leadership, and act as a change agent.

•Experience with project management, governance formulation, and team management/business administration.
