Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team that assesses supplier/contract manufacturer suitability and compliance to Tyson requirements.
  • •Set expectations for external partners to drive consistent conformance to specifications, regulatory requirements, and food safety guidelines.
  • •Analyze and resolve food safety and/or quality issues, including product disposition decisions.
  • •Support innovation and projects while serving as a food safety and quality resource for Contract Manufacturing & Procurement.
  • •Partner with internal teams (e.g., R&D and business unit representatives) to improve plant performance and manage business risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • •Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus knowledge of Tyson business software programs.
