Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project stakeholders
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion against budget
  • •Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications
  • •Manage contract change, ensure governance and best practice, and negotiate final accounts

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
  • •Prior experience and understanding of contract management (NEC3 preferred), change control, cost management, and valuation
  • •Experience with procurement, estimating, pricing, and cost/reporting activities
  • •Demonstrated strong communication and collaborative working approach with stakeholders
  • •Ideally hold or be working towards professional body membership (or equivalent)
