Investigate exception transactions, document reasons, and act as an intermediary to resolve disputes between clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders using established guidelines. Monitor exception queues to meet targeted service levels, identify recurring exception causes, complete reports, and provide administrative and customer service support as needed.

•Monitor audit exception queue activity to ensure timely review and escalate if transactions are not moving.
