Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage optimization, testing, and documentation of sophisticated communication systems, ensuring high performance through technical support of specialized product applications.
  • •Provision system infrastructure and troubleshoot software-driven electronics, including RF and Broadband architectures such as digital P25, data infrastructure, and legacy analog systems.
  • •Execute maintenance for server hardware, operating systems, and software, resolving application issues through expert troubleshooting.
  • •Conduct routine preventative maintenance with an emphasis on trend analysis to guarantee consistent system operation.
  • •Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to deliver advanced solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience in LMR, RF systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Motorola equipment, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Telecommunications, Public Safety, Engineering, Networking equipment or Military experience
  • •Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
  • •Must have a current, valid driver’s license and no traffic violations
  • •Must be willing to travel 15% of the time as needed
