Key Responsibilities

  • •Support clients and colleagues by promoting connectivity and collaboration within local office practices for multinational accounts.
  • •Design, placement, and service large and complex international casualty insurance programs, including alternative risk financing structures.
  • •Draft client service plan elements, stewardship reports, and tailored presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • •Liaise with Aon network offices for global program coordination, including values collection, premium allocations, and premium tracking.
  • •Mentor junior broker staff and help with growth/retention goals, new business penetration, and profitability management for an existing book of business.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience providing counsel to multinational clients, coordinating service, and/or negotiating multinational insurance programs across offices and geographies.
  • •Exceptional knowledge of multinational risk financing/insurance programs with a focus on international casualty programs.
  • •Hands-on experience in Casualty/P&C, including Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and General Liability.
  • •Strong collaboration and communication skills, plus multicultural awareness.
  • •Property and Casualty Brokers License must be obtained within the first 90 days of hire; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience.
