Support international clients with complex casualty insurance placements by coordinating global program activities, premium allocations, and stewardship reporting. Key Responsibilities

•Support clients and colleagues by promoting connectivity and collaboration within local office practices for multinational accounts.
•Design, placement, and service large and complex international casualty insurance programs, including alternative risk financing structures.
•Draft client service plan elements, stewardship reports, and tailored presentations for internal and external audiences.
•Liaise with Aon network offices for global program coordination, including values collection, premium allocations, and premium tracking.
•Mentor junior broker staff and help with growth/retention goals, new business penetration, and profitability management for an existing book of business.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience providing counsel to multinational clients, coordinating service, and/or negotiating multinational insurance programs across offices and geographies.
•Exceptional knowledge of multinational risk financing/insurance programs with a focus on international casualty programs.
•Hands-on experience in Casualty/P&C, including Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and General Liability.
•Strong collaboration and communication skills, plus multicultural awareness.
•Property and Casualty Brokers License must be obtained within the first 90 days of hire; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience.
