Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain existing client accounts and develop new revenue through new accounts and new opportunities.
  • •Coordinate all Aon resources and bring Aon solutions to each client.
  • •Deliver all aspects of the Aon Client Promise plan.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams across account management, broking, claims advocacy, risk engineering, and specialty brokers.
  • •Support advancements, cross-training, and involvement in local, national, and global projects and innovative initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-secondary degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
  • •Provincial Insurance license required.
  • •2 to 5 years commercial insurance experience.
  • •CIP, FCIP, CAIB and CRM is preferable, or working towards them.
  • •Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development including insurance courses/certifications/designations.
