Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead ERP technical solutions for customers and an internal team, supporting the project manager toward success.
  • •Collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems while providing technical and operational support within the ERP team.
  • •Design and oversee enterprise application architecture, including integration patterns and solution design.
  • •Support pre-sales activities such as solution envisioning workshops, effort estimations, architecture reviews, and proposal development.
  • •Provide technical leadership by mentoring and coaching architects, developers, and consultants, and define technical standards and architecture governance.

  • •Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
  • •Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
  • •Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations with multiple integrations and ISV solutions.
  • •Strong understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • •Experience with AI technologies including Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, RAG architectures, workflow automation, and AI-assisted software development.
