Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the store’s overall performance, cost, safety and formulate medium- and long-term actions aligned with the annual retail strategy.
•Elevate customer service and store operations (FoH & BoH) and develop a store-level CRM plan to stay connected with consumers.
•Build and develop a high-performing team including talent planning, recruitment and training, and provide timely feedback.
•Lead cross-functional communication to gather consumer insights and market dynamics to support store goals.
•Lead and participate in meetings to improve team performance and continuously develop your own development plan with Cluster Lead.

Key Requirements

•More than 4 years’ experience in a customer-oriented setting with managerial responsibilities.
•Native Chinese speaker with ability to read and write in English fluently.
•Willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
•An entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional organizational skills to proactively anticipate future store needs.
•Retail operational experience in the sports or fashion industry is a strong plus.
