Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR leadership for the Morris and Fairport Harbor sites and participate on leadership teams.
  • •Lead HR goal delivery and anticipate complex organizational challenges with innovative solutions.
  • •Deliver change management consultation for organizational design needs (e.g., growth goals and restructurings).
  • •Manage performance management processes, including performance calibration and support for performance improvement and development plans.
  • •Proactively manage employee relations issues and, with ER/LR, conduct investigations into Code of Conduct and policy violations and provide reports to Legal and Compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of overall HR experience in the chemical, petrochemical, or refining industry.
  • •Solid HR fundamentals with broad HR experience, including understanding of EEO laws and conflict resolution.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and organizational transformation experience.
  • •Functional expertise in talent management, organization design, change management, employee relations, recruiting/staffing, training, and leadership development/succession planning.
  • •Proven influencing and communication skills to represent the company with senior leaders and diverse audiences.
