Lead HR strategy and day-to-day partnership for manufacturing operations across the Morris and Fairport Harbor sites. Drive key HR goals including talent strategies, organizational support, culture, employee relations, recruiting and workforce planning, and succession planning. Manage performance management processes, change management consulting, and employee engagement/retention efforts, while supporting investigations and partnering with Legal/Compliance on Code of Conduct and policy issues.
