Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary BSA owner for Marketing platforms, with deep ownership of Iterable and TrustArc
  • •Partner with Marketing Operations to advise on system capabilities, limitations, and best practices
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness
  • •Translate marketing, data, and compliance requirements into functional specifications and user stories
  • •Design and support data integrations and pipelines using SnapLogic, using SQL to analyze data, validate integrations, and troubleshoot issues

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • •3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications
  • •Experience with Marketo, including marketing automation and campaign management, plus Salesforce integration
  • •Hands-on experience with Iterable, including campaigns, journeys, segmentation, data ingestion, and integrations
  • •Experience supporting TrustArc (or similar consent and privacy platforms) in a marketing or data environment
