Key Responsibilities

  • •Managing and growing a team of data scientists focused on modeling key business problems.
  • •Mentoring and guiding team members as they build out quantitative models in python using industry-standard techniques.
  • •Evangelizing the data science team’s capabilities and integrating with product, engineering and operations teams to build a roadmap and backlog of data science solutions with business impact.
  • •Running quarterly planning with the engagement of business stakeholders to ensure that the team is running in the right direction.
  • •Helping lead the team’s adoption of AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, including identifying practical use cases, setting working norms, and ensuring these tools are used with appropriate review, validation, privacy, and quality standards.
