Job Summary

Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, document analysis, and site visits. Partner with stakeholders across business units to identify process opportunities and align solutions with business strategies. Develop functional specifications, model current processes, recommend controls and improved procedures, define metrics and tracking strategy, and analyze business problems using structured methods to drive improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for business solution implementation.
•Document current business processes and models, and develop business process understanding across projects.
•Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
•Determine key measurement metrics for new functionality and define tracking strategy.
•Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements and develop solutions to business problems.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
•Knowledge of business process design and improvement.
•Working knowledge of business operations and systems requirements, including data modeling.
•ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
