Plan, coordinate, and monitor store- and regional-level learning activities aligned to the Learning Service Level Agreement (SLA). Build annual and monthly learning plans, coordinate end-to-end delivery across classroom/virtual/blended/self-learning, and maintain facilitator and resource readiness. Drive engagement campaigns and learning completion, while delivering monthly dashboards and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting. Act as a learning consultant for line managers and HR stakeholders, and contribute to regional retail learning initiatives.
