Job Summary

Provide BAU operational support for mission-critical communication and OT systems, ensuring high availability, safety compliance, and operational resilience across onshore and offshore assets. Deploy and maintain Polycom and Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, UCCX, Webex, voice recording), manage SBCs/voice gateways and endpoints, troubleshoot VoIP protocols (SIP/H.323/MGCP/SCCP), and perform monitoring, upgrades, patches, and backups. Coordinate with network/security teams and maintain UC documentation and user support.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide BAU operational support for communication and OT systems, ensuring high availability, safety compliance, and resilience.
•Deploy, configure, and maintain Polycom and Cisco UC systems including CUCM, Cisco Contract Center, Webex, and voice recording.
•Manage and support Cisco voice gateways, SBCs, and IP telephony endpoints (phones and video devices).
•Monitor UC performance, perform capacity planning, troubleshoot VoIP protocols, and execute software upgrades, patches, and backups.
•Integrate UC with Active Directory/DNS/certificates/network systems, coordinate with network/security teams for QoS and security, and maintain documentation and training for users/junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or equivalent work experience.
•3+ years of hands-on experience with Polycom and Cisco UC technologies (CUCM, UCCX, Webex, voice recording).
•Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols including SIP, H.323, MGCP, and SCCP.
•Experience with Cisco voice gateways, SBCs, and integrated dial-plan design.
•Solid networking knowledge (routing/switching) applied to voice (QoS, VLAN, NAT), plus monitoring/troubleshooting skills.
