Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain automated firmware tests for UPS and CPS product lines.
  • •Own structured firmware test planning (creation and execution) and define test strategies to verify system, power, and product requirements.
  • •Lead firmware testing activities and contribute to functional and design reviews throughout the development lifecycle.
  • •Integrate firmware tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and early defect detection.
  • •Analyze test results, investigate failures, and drive root-cause analysis while documenting solutions, results, and releases.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant industry experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years.

  • •Hands-on experience developing automated test solutions using Robot Framework and Python.
  • •Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and using version control (Git).
  • •Strong embedded/system debugging skills and practical experience with laboratory equipment in a high-voltage environment.
