Job Summary

Guide customers through life insurance and annuity solutions using a consultative, needs-analysis approach. Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, gather and analyze financial information, and deliver tailored strategies that support long-term financial wellness. Partner with internal teams across direct, underwriting, and retirement planning to resolve complex cases, maintain regulatory-compliant documentation, and execute targeted marketing outreach.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle incoming calls/emails and use a consultative approach to determine appropriate life insurance and long-term care solutions based on needs analysis.
•Collect and analyze customer information (income, assets, investments/debts, risk tolerance, time horizon) and provide suitable strategies either directly or as an intermediary.
•Serve as agent of record for ongoing servicing of contracts written by a rep, including maintaining digital securities files and regulatory documentation.
•Execute marketing campaigns for targeted customers via outbound calls/communications and follow up on pending cases to close them.
•Complete risk assessments and suitability reviews, apply knowledge of industry trends and legislation, and meet all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements (including AML/OFAC and privacy).

Key Requirements

•Typically 4 years of experience in life insurance sales, a registered representative role, or a related field.

•Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with demonstrated decision-making and prioritization.
•Proficiency in using computers and other applicable business applications.
•Education in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field (undergraduate preferred).
