•Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
•Design, build, and maintain dashboards and data tables for operational metrics (volume, SLA, AHT, quality, capacity, backlog, efficiency).
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
•Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business decision-making and align safety operations strategies with business priorities.
•Document and present findings to stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Actively enrolled university student eligible for a full-time internship.
•Bachelor's degree or above, with preferred majors in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.
•Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in at least one scripting language.
•Familiarity with common data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
•Strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
