Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • •Design, build, and maintain dashboards and data tables for operational metrics (volume, SLA, AHT, quality, capacity, backlog, efficiency).
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • •Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business decision-making and align safety operations strategies with business priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above, with preferred majors in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.

  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
