Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Pre- and Post-PI planning, Solution Train syncs, and strategic synchronization ceremonies; establish annual iteration and PI calendars.
  • •Orchestrate cross-ART execution across the value stream, coordinating complex epics and ensuring delivery alignment.
  • •Proactively manage cross-ART dependencies, risks, capacity constraints, and escalate/resolve impediments.
  • •Own solution-level metrics and reporting (flow, velocity, quality, and health) and promote quality practices including continuous integration and automated testing.
  • •Coordinate continuous release processes and coach/mentor RTEs, Product Owners, and junior STEs; facilitate Inspect & Adapt events.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in technical program management, SDLC operations, or Agile leadership.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); Master’s degree with 8+ years preferred.
  • •Proven track record coordinating multiple teams or ARTs delivering a single complex solution.
  • •Strong facilitation, executive communication, and servant-leadership skills operating independently in complex environments.
  • •Experience with Agile at Scale concepts for aligned capabilities and resources; SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or RTE/STE certification preferred.
