Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead safe, on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.
  • •Ensure contract compliance by interpreting drawings/specifications and routing key deliverables (submittals, RFIs, work plans, schedules, and meeting minutes).
  • •Coordinate contractors and chair internal/external project meetings; actively participate in contractor invoice review and communicate project status.
  • •Support closeout activities including documentation, warranties, O&Ms, punch lists, and change management and invoicing documentation.
