Senior Resident Engineer (Highway / Interstate)

Provide on-site technical leadership for highway/interstate roadway and bridge construction projects, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery from pre-construction through closeout. Verify contract compliance, interpret drawings and specifications, and manage key deliverables such as submittals, RFIs, schedules, and meeting minutes. Coordinate contractors, chair project meetings, support invoice review, and drive quality assurance inspections while proactively resolving issues to prevent delays or rework.
