Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestones to prevent schedule slips, and forecast/update milestones and budget.
  • •Ensure project governance, processes, and systems are utilized and best practices are applied across projects.
  • •Monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously and oversee application of approved design standards; manage supplier and team interfaces through trackers, reviews, meetings, and written communications.
  • •Produce formal project status reports, provide technical support to owners/contractors, respond to RFIs, and support cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance (including SOX control responsibilities where applicable).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with the broader team.
