Digital Consulting Director-Oracle Student Financial Aid (Technical)

Lead technical delivery for Oracle Student Financial Aid initiatives, providing coaching and mentorship to a team of analysts, associates, managers, and client stakeholders. Own end-to-end implementation work, identify gaps in practice knowledge, and develop strategies, detailed project plans, and budgets/resource loads. Build and manage senior client relationships, support pursuit activities, and ensure high-quality, efficient project deliverables while leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and integration expertise.
