Job Summary

Lead the TECH-Digital Shared Services team and drive the successful implementation and management of Camunda-based solutions. •Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals in a collaborative environment.
•Oversee the implementation and management of Camunda-based solutions to ensure performance and scalability.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
•Drive development and enhancement of digital shared services focused on the retail business segment.
•Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources and continuously improve processes and systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in a technology leadership role with strong Camunda implementation background.
•Proven track record leading and managing successful technology teams, preferably in a retail environment.
•In-depth knowledge of Camunda and its application in retail onboarding and loan journeys.
•Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
