Job Summary

Drive sales enablement and training for Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) sales team. As an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Regional Sales Enablement & Training, design and execute strategic sales programs so VAS sellers (account executives) have the skills, knowledge, and tools to position Visa’s solutions effectively. Partner with cross-functional teams across GTM, Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Seller Experience to deliver high-impact enablement aligned to regional priorities.

•Design and execute strategic sales programs for VAS sellers to effectively position Visa’s products and solutions.
•Infuse sales materials with local knowledge and expertise for the LAC region.

•Collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners, including GTM, Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Seller Experience.
•Deliver consistent, high-impact enablement initiatives aligned to regional priorities.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of experience with a PhD.
•Demonstrated experience in sales training and enablement (implied by the role).
•Ability to design and execute strategic sales programs for account executives.
•Experience tailoring training and enablement outcomes to meet GTM team needs.
•Strong project management skills to manage enablement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
