Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for the model substrate, including model families and sizes, context length, tokenization for machine data, fine-tuning/adapters, embeddings & retrieval, and SDKs.
  • •Lead the productization of domain-specific foundation models, taking them from research to versioned, documented, supported products with benchmarks and deprecation policies.
  • •Define model quality and evaluation, setting golden datasets, offline benchmarks, human review, and online experiments with regression gates.
  • •Standardize connectivity for agentic workflows by enabling universal connectors and common agentic protocols (e.g., MCP).
  • •Partner on GTM and customer advocacy, including packaging for external customers and responsible AI/governance work across compliance, legal, and finance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years, or Master’s degree plus 8 years, or PhD plus 5 years in Product Management focused on AI/ML platform products.
  • •Experience across the AI/ML lifecycle including model fine-tuning (SFT/RLHF), orchestration architectures, and data ingestion pipelines (ETL/ELT).
  • •Experience implementing security protocols, compliance frameworks, and guardrails within AI or software development platforms.
  • •Experience building or managing observability tools, tracing, or monitoring systems for distributed systems or ML models.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and managing large-scale data flows into AI-ready formats.
