Job Summary

Own and prioritize data product requirements by translating client needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics. Lead data product kickoffs, drive backlog refinement, and facilitate Agile ceremonies to keep delivery aligned with business goals. Collaborate with developers, testers, and client SMEs to validate “done” work and secure sign-offs, while supporting data mapping, field mapping, and medallion-architecture rules. Track delivery health and produce end-of-sprint reporting.

•Act as liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams to define, prioritize, and deliver business requirements for data programmes/projects.
•Write and break down epics into user stories with acceptance criteria; ensure stories are ready for sprint planning.
•Manage backlog through refinement sessions, track backlog health and sprint progress, and escalate risks/blockers.
•Collaborate with developers, testers, and client SMEs to validate “done” stories and support client sign-off.
•Support data mapping and medallion architecture work (data reconciliation, data quality, transformation rules) and maintain delivery roadmaps/reporting on Jira.

Travel: Low travel

•Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with data/analytics projects (data lineage, transformation, quality, DWH/BI integration).
