Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and perform electrical measurements for multiple device flavors.
  • •Analyze and optimize technology behavior using statistical analysis across early technology lots and wafers.
  • •Debug and resolve measurement-related issues using semiconductor instrumentation expertise.
  • •Summarize device data analysis results and enable test frameworks and characterization methodologies for novel devices.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in solid-state physics, semiconductor processing, and device characterization.
  • •Expertise operating and automating semiconductor instrumentation (e.g., parameter analyzers, LCR meters, oscilloscopes, pulse/waveform generators, wafer probers, ATE, bench systems).
  • •Proficiency with software tools and operating systems, including Python/C/C#/C++ and Unix/Linux, plus PJMP/JSL.
  • •Deep understanding of memory device operation, including NAND, DRAM, PCM, storage class, and cross-point memories.
  • •M.S./M.Tech or Ph.D. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
