Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialized technical input to studies and design within electrical (MEP) expertise.
  • •Develop study and design procedures that enable high-quality, cost-effective work by others.
  • •Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
  • •Develop construction cost estimates and technical effort estimates for projects.
  • •Perform quality control reviews of design calculations/drawings and prepare technical specification sections.

Key Requirements

  • •10–16 years of design experience in ME and/or UK projects across sectors such as mixed-use developments and rail.
  • •Awareness of BS and American standards along with regional regulations.
  • •Proficiency in electrical design tools such as Amtech, Electrical OM, Dialux, AGi32, Revit, Navis, and AutoCAD (desirable).
  • •Post-graduations in Electrical and IEng/CEng accreditations from EC/UK are advantageous.
  • •Experience on healthcare and data center projects is advantageous.
