Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, document, and operationalize comprehensive test acceptance criteria (UAT) to ensure features align with business goals.
  • •Methodically ensure thorough testing of all customer requirements across functional and non-functional specs.
  • •Oversee the lifecycle of defects, ensuring issues are logged, prioritized, and resolved by the development team.
  • •Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline testing workflows and improve speed-to-market without compromising quality.
  • •Bridge between technical development and business requirements to maintain software quality and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Up to 10 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or Project Management roles.
  • •Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and understanding of Design Thinking principles.
  • •University degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related technical field.
  • •High proficiency in Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.
  • •Experience with SAS, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus.
