Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and take full responsibility for logistics operations across Malaysia.
  • •Optimize logistics efficiency by defining city structure, incentive schemes, and managing supply/demand relationships.
  • •Own the end-to-end rider experience through logistics quality/efficiency, content improvements, performance management, and rider-community building with partners.
  • •Ensure fleet operations comply with p-hailing regulations by working closely with government departments.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing logistics team, digitalize and automate internal processes, and analyze KPIs to deliver data-driven insights across departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • •12–15+ years’ experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, consulting, investment banking, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • •Proven leadership experience in logistics operations, covering both fleet management and rider operations.
  • •Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills; SQL proficiency is an advantage.
  • •Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business decisions and drive operational excellence through process optimization and automation.
