Commercial Food Service Technician

Install, service, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and kitchen cooking equipment, including gas-fired appliances and related controls. Troubleshoot equipment failures, replace parts and components, and retest to restore proper operation. Perform electrical/electronic and mechanical repairs, calibrate instruments, and maintain required service records tied to EPA refrigerant requirements. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and support on-call emergency response as part of a rotational schedule.
