Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI projects from inception to delivery and service transition, ensuring milestones are met and contractual obligations fulfilled.
•Act as Project Manager and Scrum Master for AI initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams.
•Provide technical leadership, guiding architecture, design decisions, and solution coherence.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IA, backend, frontend, RPA, QA, security) to deliver integrated AI solutions.
•Support incident management and availability outside business hours when required.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, including at least 2 years on AI projects.
•Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering solutions.
•Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
•Solid understanding of AI-based solutions and automation projects.
•Ability to act as a technical reference, not requiring full-time developer involvement.
