Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Payroll Manager in time management and activity tracking (times, absences, holidays, etc.) and monitor variances.
•Enter variable payroll elements and verify payslips.
•Manage work stoppages and health-related absences up to IJSS follow-up.
•Monthly data entry in the HRIS and contribute to data integrity across HRIS, Payroll and GTA.
•Contribute to process optimization for payroll, GTA and personnel administration and help document time-management rules and operating procedures.

Key Requirements

•You are pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources (BAC+4/5).
•Some prior experience in HR, ideally payroll or personnel administration, gained through internship or work-study is a plus.
•Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
•Knowledge of ADP payroll software is a plus.
•Rigour, method, organizational ability, analytical mind, attention to detail, curiosity, adaptability and good interpersonal skills.
