Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement ERP integrations between Canals and integration partners using standardized templates and API credentials
  • •Become an ERP subject-matter expert for data, access, authentication, and configuration across systems
  • •Join pre-sale discovery calls to assess feasibility and answer ERP-specific technical questions
  • •Lead post-sale integration work: collect access details, configure endpoints, test APIs, and validate end-to-end data flow
  • •Troubleshoot integration issues, document steps and ERP nuances, and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure integrations go live

Key Requirements

  • •Typically, 2–4 years in a technical implementation, technical account management, integrations, or customer engineering role at a SaaS company
  • •Experience with APIs including REST endpoints, authentication methods, and JSON payloads
  • •Experience with ERPs or a strong desire to learn Eclipse, P21, and Infor in depth
  • •Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical users
  • •Excellent organization and project management skills, with comfort working fully remote in a fast-moving environment
