Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct full store audits to ensure perfect online execution, including content and visual identity updates.
  • •Run operational quality checks such as reviews, AVR, uptime, and scheduled timing checks.
  • •Collaborate with Sales/Account Managers to build high-impact business reviews and pitch decks.
  • •Build, update, and analyze performance dashboards to track partner growth metrics and identify share-of-wallet recovery opportunities.
  • •Support Sales Executive prospecting with market mapping, pipeline building, pre-call research, lead scoring, and tailored outbound outreach materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available for a 6-month, full-time internship starting on November 2.
  • •Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • •Be analytical and detail-oriented, able to spot issues while understanding broader dashboard metrics.
  • •Be tech and data savvy with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva).
  • •Have strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English and Romanian.
