Partner with Sales leadership to shape account strategies, drive revenue outcomes, and provide executive-level technical support on complex deals. Establish repeatable best practices and an operating model, while championing an AI-first approach to improve productivity, technical discovery, solution design, and customer engagement across the enterprise sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a world-class team of Strategic Solutions Consultants.
•Set performance expectations, coaching frameworks, and career development plans while fostering technical excellence and accountability.
•Partner with Sales leadership to develop account strategies and provide executive-level support on complex enterprise deals.
•Guide solution design and architecture discussions, including security reviews and procurement processes.
•Champion an AI-first culture and implement AI-driven workflows to improve productivity, discovery, solution design, onboarding, and demos.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or a related customer-facing technical role within SaaS.
•3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing Sales Engineering teams.
•Proven success supporting enterprise and strategic accounts through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
•Deep technical aptitude discussing integrations, APIs, data flows, security, and enterprise architecture.
•Deep expertise with Salesforce, Looker, and Gong.
