Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, tear down, and operate the tow motor and equipment including hand mules, dumpers, grinders, mixers, and emulsifiers.
  • •Move buckets and tanks of final ground meat from the holding cooler to the grinding room.
  • •Add water, cures, seasoning, corn syrup, and other ingredients to meat blends for correct batching.
  • •Perform weight and process checks and maintain general manufacturing practices.
  • •Complete position rotations, participate in tow motor rotation, and perform housekeeping duties while following safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
