  • •Advise on privacy strategy and provide expert legal guidance on data protection issues to ensure compliance with evolving global regulations and industry best practices.
  • •Identify privacy risks in a complex, highly regulated environment and communicate requirements and risks to legal, business, compliance, and risk partners.
  • •Develop customer-focused solutions to mitigate privacy risks while achieving business goals.
  • •Support the development of technical and organizational privacy controls, including drafting privacy notices/disclosures and developing policies and procedures.
  • •Track and advise on privacy legislation and collaborate with outside counsel, providing written guidance and presentations.
