Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily operations of treatment areas to ensure service excellence and compliance with One&Only, ESPA, Forbes Travel Guide, and LQA standards.
  • •Coach and develop therapists through onboarding, inductions, training programs, performance feedback, and competency/performance documentation.
  • •Ensure guest experience quality by monitoring treatment quality, consultations, documentation of preferences and histories, and timely resolution of concerns.
  • •Drive treatment revenue and retail performance by coaching therapist productivity, conversion, utilization, and aftercare/product recommendations.
  • •Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and brand compliance through audits, inspections, inventory/linen management, and proper handling/storage of spa products and chemicals.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/certification/degree in massage therapy, holistic therapies, esthetics, physiotherapy, wellness, or a related field, plus a valid professional therapist certification.
  • •At least 3 years of spa therapist experience in a luxury hotel, resort, wellness retreat, or high-end spa environment.
  • •Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead therapist, or team leadership experience preferred.
  • •Proven ability to deliver luxury hospitality standards, including Forbes Travel Guide and LQA service requirements.
  • •Experience with massage/bodies/facials/wellness services and retail sales, including treatment recommendations and meeting service and sales targets.
